These are the annual reports released by Chuck E. Cheese Entertainment Inc. to their shareholders. The company changed its name from ShowBiz Pizza Time Inc. to Chuck E. Cheese's Entertainment Inc. in 1998, and that's where these reports begin. This is the complete collection of annual reports, the final report coming in 2012 as the company was purchased by Apollo Global Management in early 2014.
